I prefer curling on an EZ-Bar over a straight bar because I felt better on my grip. I can push harder without feeling much pressure on my wrists.
If you have weak or injured wrists, yet your trainer/training partner still insist you to curl heavy on a straight bar, telling you that EZ-Bar won't works... you better go find another trainer or training partner. Peace.
